UCR Pre-Approved Caterers

Only pre-approved caterers may be hired to provide on-campus services to UCR staff and students. UCR Purchasing Department maintains a list of caterers that have been pre-approved to furnish on-campus catering services. If you are interested in adding a new vendor to the list, please contact Ana Cotton in the Purchasing Department at 951-827-3005 or send the vendor a letter listing requirements for catering service.

Procedures:

The following vendors have been pre-approved to furnish on-campus catering services for UCR. Do not begin negotiations with catering companies that are not on this list without contacting Purchasing.

If one of the following vendors is selected for the campus event, a DAPO order may be completed by individual departments, unless the total costs exceeds the department's LVPA delegation. If the order exceeds the departments LVPA, a purchase requisition must be initiated.

In order to use any of the following companies, please call the contact person listed below.
Purchasing has not negotiated prices with the vendors, you will need to negotiate prices on a order-by-order basis.

If you would like to have a new caterer added to the list, send the vendor a letter indicating catering requirements or contact Ana Cotton at 951-827-3005.
